The subject property is located at Athipattu Village (Part-1), Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The site measures 156 acres approximately.
The site falls within Ponneri Taluk of Thiruvallur District situated at 13º15’58” North latitude and 80º18’17” East longitude (Map 2.1). The site is strategically located close to the Ennore Port, a major gateway port at distance of 3 km.
The project site is easily accessible by Road and Rail from Chennai. The Chennai Central station is located at distance of 34 km and the International Airport at a distance of 45 km. The nearest National Highway is NH 5 accessed at a distance of 16 km which connects Chennai to Hyderabad and onwards to Kolkatta.
